It is dedicated to safeguarding the interests of Iraqi citizens and emphasizes using scientific and technological mechanisms to foster a work environment that builds trust and strengthens the relationship between citizens and government institutions. This is done within a framework of objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect, under the slogan&#8221;Justice for All.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> The unit strives to provide the best resources available to government institutions to achieve this goal through Citizens Affairs Departments in ministries, provinces, and non-ministerial government bodies.
