mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN\" lang=\"EN\">The symposium discuss the rate worldwide and in Iraq, causes of rising incidence, complications (maternal and fetal) and recommendations for solving the problems ( including setting iraqi guidelines and protocols with an urgent need for reforming of the whole health channel that is involved in this important health
