[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Al-Kindy College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad took a bold step towards enhancing workplace harmony and productivity with a dynamic training course titled *\u201cJob Satisfaction and Its Role in Achieving Institutional Goals.\u201d* Led by Dr. Israa Salim Kadhim, this engaging three-day event brought together college staff for a deep dive into the science of job satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organized by the Quality Assurance Division in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, the sessions were thoughtfully split into three groups to ensure everyone could participate fully. Adding to the momentum, the college\u2019s Dean, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Shihab Al-Aidani, visited the sessions to show his support and applaud the initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n
