In a forward-looking initiative, Al-Kindy College of Medicine \u2013 University of Baghdad organized a scientific seminar titled \u201cUtilizing Artificial Intelligence in Medical Research,\u201d in collaboration with the Career Development Unit and the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar featured Assistant Professor Dr. Harith Mohammed Qanbar and was attended by a number of students interested in modern medical research.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the outset, Dr. Qanbar introduced key concepts of artificial intelligence (AI) and demonstrated how these technologies can be employed to analyze clinical data effectively. The session explored how AI models help identify hidden patterns and improve clinical predictions, which are vital for evidence-based healthcare decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar also highlighted how analytical models can enhance healthcare quality and decision-making precision. Moreover, it addressed pressing ethical challenges associated with the use of AI in healthcare, such as patient data privacy and information security concerns.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Qanbar stressed the importance of developing legal and regulatory frameworks to govern the integration of AI tools in healthcare settings, ensuring both innovation and accountability.<\/span><\/p>\n

The session saw active engagement from students, who raised thoughtful questions about the future of AI in the medical field. Attendees also expressed a strong interest in leveraging digital tools to advance scientific research and enhance clinical efficiency.<\/span><\/p>\n

This event is part of a broader series of activities aimed at equipping students with modern academic competencies and exposing them to cutting-edge global technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through such initiatives, Al-Kindy College of Medicine continues its mission to prepare a new generation of researchers ready to embrace digital transformation in the healthcare sector.<\/span><\/p>\n
