Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Abdul Amir, aimed at strengthening effective communication skills across campus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"739\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Titled \u201cEffective Communication Skills on Campus,\u201d the lecture introduced communication as the ability to share ideas, feelings, and information with clarity and respect, helping students build mutual understanding\u2014both among peers and with faculty members\u2014while creating a more positive and supportive learning environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"811\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The session highlighted how strong communication skills help students:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"1073\">\n<li data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"880\">\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"880\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">build positive relationships with classmates and teaching staff,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"934\">\n<p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"934\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">gain confidence in expressing ideas and opinions,<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"997\">\n<p data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"997\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">support teamwork and engagement in student activities, and<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1073\">\n<p data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1073\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">improve academic performance through constructive university interaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1317\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The lecture emphasized that effective communication is a core foundation for students\u2019 academic and psychological success, especially during the
