The Unit of Continuing Medical Education has organized lecture at the conferenceand continuing education hall on Wednesday, the12th of October 2011 at 11 O'clock after noon, entitled "Unsafe Abortion in Iraq" bY Dr. Tagreed Al -Hasani, attended by Dean. Dr. Sadiq ALmokhtar and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Raad Abboud and Associate Dean for Student Affairs Dr. Ahsan Ali and a number of teaching staff and doctors.
After that Dr.Faris had a talk about new developments in diagnosis and managment of the metabolic syndrom and new approches in the lipid lowering agents in the treatment of hyperlipidemia in diabetics, hypertensives and ischemic heart diseas.
then Graduate students for the academic year 2010-2011 echoed doctor oath ceremony . Gifts were presented to the ten first degree students.
