The reality of Iraqi medical faced problems and obstacles and Modern Medical Education faced  another kind  of problems and obstacles, that sought Al-kindy college of medicine which is belong to our prestigious university Baghdad University tried to overcome the difficulties faced by medical education and shortened to a minimum and this is what Al-kindy college of medicine tried to do in the workshop which was held at the college and raised the slogan of medical education between reality and ambition, has continued the session for five days in which teachers and professors and doctors from various medical colleges of the Iraqi Ministry of Health, opened the workshop, Dr. Dean welcomed the participants and Dr. Youssef Abdul-Rahim professor  in Al-kindy college of  Medicine, Chief of the Society Medicine Lecture entitled (medical education .. Why?) to address the definition of medical education, strategies and theories and the comparison between medical education in the past, present, and how to bridge the gap between the medical education between now and the medical education that we aspire to reach, God willing .. And then gave Prof. Dr. Thamer Hilfi lecture titled (Medical Education, reliability and quality) and the relationship between medical education and between the indicators and standards of reliability, as well as how to get to the level of quality in medical education .. been after starting part practical session where participants were divided into small groups to discuss what has his review of the topics during the theoretical part students participated Higher Diploma in Medical Education at Al-kindy college of medicine administration panel discussions at the workshop

Within the second day of the session, Dr. Mohammed al-Moussawi gave a lecture on ways to prepare and the formulation and evaluation of curricula and the third day of the session, Dr. Nada Kazem gave a lecture titled lecture Effective During the lecture, explain the concept of the lecture and the importance of the style of the lecture and the elements of the lecture and how to apply them, as well as conditions of the lecture effectively been Then, Dr. Mohammed Asad al-Bayati, gave a lecture entitled to lay down terms of the logic model in which he addressed the definition of the logic model and its importance and how to apply and the steps necessary to do so.

On the fourth day of the workshop session, Dr. Huda  Adnan gave a lecture entitled Student Assessment During the lecture to clarify methods of student assessment and how to evaluate every part of the educational process during the various stages of study

Was then Dr. Alaa, one of the doctors involved of Tikrit College of Medicine gave a lecture on the experience of Tikrit College of Medicine in the application of non-traditional methods in medical education .. Then, Dr. Abdul-Ghani al-Sadoun a Higher Diploma students in medical education lecture on how to lay down OSCI exam (clinical examination aimed at structural) During the lecture OSCI definition and its importance and how to apply and the benefits and difficulties of its application

Dr. Hassan Al-Farhan, who is also one of the students Higher Diploma in Medical Education to explain a practical exam OSCI and how to prepare the stations test scores and how to prepare questions for testing OSCI The participants visited the halls of test OSCI in Al-Kindy college of Medicine expressed admiration for what they saw of the organization and arrangement in the preparation of these halls and the later Higher Diploma students apply practical (role play) to test OSCI in front of the participants were also participants to answer questions regarding the ways and methods of testing students

In the fifth and final day of the workshop, Dr. Youssef Abdul-Rahim gave a lecture entitled (education based on evidence) and in which he addressed the importance of using scientific evidence from research is leading and how to get to the scientific evidence and to give the best educational tool

At the end of the session. Mr. Dean. Sadiq Al_moktar Dean of the College wishing to participate by giving certificates to the participants giving teachers more scientifically to serve this great country.
