As a part of integrated medical learning which was adopted in our college last year. Observership and shadowing experiences, termed "Early Clinical Experiences (ECE),was applied to medical students from the second grade—but primarily intended for preclinical years by which small learning groups visted clinical wards to improve thier communications skills . This experience gained very well acceptance and comfort between the particpated students.
