The Unit is one of the divisions to the Student Affairs in our college interested in receiving new students from the beginning of each academic year and the organization of files to them and their distribution in the form of groups, seminars and notified schedule of lectures and grades, providing them with Baltadat and results and documentation through unit graduates

 

Registration functions

1 – open the files of students admitted to and follow-up.

2 – To provide students with the backing of Astmriham study in case they need to do so.

3 – Check the documentation of accepted students.

4 – Distribution of students on the totals.

5 – Printing the identities of students

6 – to issue administrative orders to accept and meet the load and repetition, and punctuation absence of registration and cancellation of admission and transportation.

7 – Follow up and distribution of student results and objections to the results.

8 – Documentation for electronic files of students.

9 – Follow-up books of incoming and outgoing, which belong to the students.

10 – receipt and distribution of mail with the relevant sections.

 

At the beginning of each academic year after receiving the names of admitted students in our college (the author of the book and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies and Planning and Follow-up – Admission to the Central Baghdad University – Department of Student Affairs) Division is to form a reception committee of students to create a file for each student has : –

1 – gripping the student identification (identity card / certificate of Iraqi nationality / ration card / card residence).

2 –Checking of middle school students.

3 – pledge form prepared by the college filled by the student.

4 – to ensure the form filled in by the sponsor and approved by the legal representative of the College after the submission of the sponsor’s identity Alutaiqp and save a copy in the file with submitting a letter of endorsement from the book in which it operates continuously service the sponsor and the amount of salary.

5 – fill in issuing student ID with the submission of copies of (6).

6 – The Division of Registration card grades you of the student include information about him with a picture stamped the seal of registration and send to Committee of Examination later. “

7 – The Division is issuing the identity of the student.

8 –  distribution of students to form of groups.

9 – The Registration Division approached the authorities provided to the sponsor’s letter to continue the service for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the breasts.

10 – Students interview by the director of the registry to match the information received from the Ministry with information provided by the student in the file (name, rate, year of graduation

11 – Formation of a committee by Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Associate Dean for Student Affairs and the registry to interview students to determineTheir delegate’s qualifications of the study.

12 – formation of a committee prior to registration to check the documents of students in the ministry’s headquarters.

13 – to issue an administrative order to accept students at the college.
