Reports to: Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, according to the college’s organizational structure.
The Human Resources Division consists of 5 administrative units with a total of 8 staff members (male and female). This division serves as the central hub for managing relationships between the college and its employees. Tasks are distributed in a coordinated manner to ensure the division achieves its goals efficiently, with high flexibility and effectiveness. The division is responsible for attracting skilled talent, ensuring the rights of staff are fully upheld through the implementation of regulations and laws in a professional and impartial manner, all while maintaining the continuity of operations.
The Human Resources Division consists of five administrative units:
- Retirement Unit
- Records and Electronic Archiving Unit
- Correspondence Unit (Incoming and Outgoing)
- Electronic Attendance and ID Unit
Key Responsibilities of the Division:
– Issuing Administrative Orders: Issuing administrative orders for granting all employees, both faculty and staff, short and long-term leaves, as well as unpaid leaves, and processing their return to work.
– Attendance Monitoring: Tracking employee attendance and departure using the electronic attendance system.
– Annual Bonuses: Granting annual bonuses to all eligible employees.
– Employee Promotions: Submitting promotion cases through the Promotion Committee and the Job Title Change Committee, chaired by the Dean of the College.
– Retirement Processing: Referring employees to retirement when they reach the legal age.
– Awards and Recognition: Issuing administrative orders for awarding college staff with letters of appreciation, commendations, and incentive rewards for their performance, encouraging professional growth and creativity.
– University Correspondence: Issuing official letters in response to university inquiries related to administrative matters, including providing service summaries.
– Training Programs:Organizing training courses for all staff in the IT Unit to enhance their technical skills and improve their job performance. This ensures that the work proceeds smoothly and with precision, contributing to the college’s high ranking and competitive edge in terms of performance quality compared to other institutions.
