Professor Mahmood Dhahir Al-Mendalawi, a pediatric professor at Alkindy College of Medicine / Baghdad University, has topped the list of medical faculties in Iraq for his outstanding number of researches and publications.
Professor Al-Mendalawi has published 14.2% of all scientific papers in the field of medicine in Iraq since 2018-2023. He also ranked third in terms of scientific output among all colleges in Iraq, both public and private.
Professor Al-Mendalawi’s research has focused on childhood diseases, and he has also trained many young doctors who are now working in Iraq and around the world.
Professor Dhahir is an inspiration to his colleagues and students, and he is a true asset to the Alkindy College of Medicine and to the Iraqi medical community.
