Professor Dr. Mohammed Shihab Al-Aidani, the Dean of Al-Kindy College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad, actively participated in an advanced practical and theoretical training course on orthopedic surgery and fracture management. This course was organized by the prestigious AO Foundation, a globally recognized Swiss organization, at Al-Hassan Al-Mujtaba Hospital in the holy city of Karbala.
Dr. Al-Aidani delivered lectures and supervised practical training sessions over three consecutive days, sharing his extensive expertise in the field. As a certified member of the AO Foundation in Iraq, his contributions were invaluable to the course.
The training attracted a diverse group of physicians from various Arab countries, including Egypt and Jordan, alongside their Iraqi counterparts. The event, recognized as one of AO Foundation’s key initiatives, aims to enhance global medical skills. Dr. Al-Aidani’s participation was highly praised by both the participants and the organizers.
