Within the activities of the CME Unit, a seminar was held on the study of tissue matching by using nucleotide sequence of the DNA. The lecture focused on knowledge of the genetic effect and its relation to the infection of various diseases, especially autoimmune diseases and diseases caused by the infection of various germs in addition to knowledge of the genetic factors which leads to cancer, especially diseases of unknown causes, in which the genetic factor is a major cause of injury, the activity attended by many of professors and employees of the college and headed by Dr. Mohammed Jalal Assistant Dean for scientific affairs
