Part of the activities of the FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology & Obstetrics) are to set guidelines looking for improvement of women and child health. The last guidelines were FIGO Consensus Guidelines on Intrapartum Fetal monitoring and they had been published in the International J. of Gyn. & Obs. On Oct. 2015. Thirty three countries had participated in setting these guidelines and the representative from Iraq was Assis. Prof. Dr. Taghreed Alhaidari.
