The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at Al-Kindy College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, organized an awareness workshop titled “Counseling and Its Role in Human Development,” delivered by Lecturer Dr. Hussam Yaseen Ali, a specialist in psychological counseling and educational guidance at the College of Islamic Sciences, University of Baghdad.
The workshop brought together the Administrative Assistant, the Head of the Unit, guidance liaisons representing academic stages, and students from different levels. The session focused on how psychological counseling supports medical students’ academic journey and helps them manage study-related and psychological pressures within the demanding medical learning environment.
