The session also outlined the typical stages of crisis development—from early signals to escalation, containment, recovery, and improvement—highlighting the importance of preparedness and early intervention. In addition, the seminar presented essential crisis-management approaches such as identifying root causes, forming a crisis response team with clear responsibilities, prioritizing actions based on institutional impact, establishing effective communication channels, making informed decisions under pressure, monitoring implementation, and conducting post-crisis evaluation to strengthen resilience.
A key focus was placed on effective leadership as a core factor in preventing crises and reducing their consequences, through transparency, accountability, and strengthening teamwork and readiness. The seminar underscored the value of proactive planning, risk management practices, and continuous training as institutional tools to maintain stability and improve performance efficiency.
