In a move to elevate research quality and academic excellence, Al-Kindy College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, hosted a specialized workshop on EndNote for Reference Management. Organized by the Continuing Education Unit, the session brought together faculty members, led by Professor Dr. Mohammed Shehab Al-Aidani, Dean of the College.
With Assistant Professor Dr. Laith Thamer Khazal chairing the event, Lecturer Hussein Ibrahim Hiyal delivered an in-depth training on creating and managing a digital library of references, seamlessly integrating citations into Microsoft Word, and customizing reference styles to meet global academic standards.
The interactive workshop sparked engaging discussions and hands-on practice, allowing researchers to overcome challenges in citation management and streamline their workflow using EndNote. This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing commitment to advancing research capabilities and embracing modern academic tools.
